Into a saucepan and let it warm to 42°C
Add 1/2 teaspoon of yogurt culture and whisk in 2-4 tablespoons of dried skimmed-milk powder to thiken. Stir well and pour into tight seal glass jar. Leave it to settle for 5-9 hours at 40-45°C, then retrigerate. Enjoy!
